Grossmont Medical Terrace

Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, California sought to relocate a functionally obsolete outpatient imaging center within a narrow time frame in which the move would be possible. PMB developed a four-story, 65,000 SF medical office building that houses an outpatient imaging center and multi-tenant physician offices.
